Hi, I’m Kristin Bailey Carr — a wedding photographer with a passion for STORYTELLING and a heart for TIMELESS, EMOTIONAL imagery.
Based in Columbus, Georgia, I’ve had the joy of living in seven different states, and each move has deepened my appreciation for people, places, and the stories that connect them. That perspective is woven into every frame I capture.
I recently married my husband, Nick, who now second shoots with me — and we’re more than just a photography team. We actually met out in Colorado, and our very first date involved whitewater rafting down Class IV rapids (yes, really!). From that wild beginning, our relationship has been rooted in adventure, laughter, and shared passions — from sports and camping to road trips and quiet moments under the stars.
That bond shines through in how we work together. Whether we're capturing portraits or documenting once-in-a-lifetime moments, we bring trust, chemistry, and a seamless rhythm that helps your day flow smoothly — while making sure you feel relaxed, supported, and genuinely celebrated.
When I’m not behind the camera, you can usually find me outside — hiking, rafting, exploring new trails, or dreaming up the next trip with Nick. I’ve always been happiest when I’m creating, and photography allows me to combine my love for art, connection, and storytelling in the most meaningful way.

My approach
My approach is bringing CALM ENERGY, CREATIVITY, and a lot of FUN to every wedding day. My goal is to create a space where you feel completely at ease, so your real emotions shine through. That’s where the magic happens.
My style is TIMELESS portraiture, EMOTIONAL connection, and intentional STORYTELLING. I focus on the honest, heartfelt moments — the quiet glances, big belly laughs, and everything in between — so your photos feel as real and meaningful as the day itself.

Kristin did a fantastic job of capturing my wedding day!! We talked on the phone and immediately clicked on what was important about the day. We just received our photos back and already having a hard time narrowing down which ones we want to print to display in our home. I can not say enough good things about how her and Nick both made the process so easy and stress free. They were super organized and got all of the pictures plus more than we could have imagined!
