This sweet couple, Jen & Aaron, called me about shooting a Couple Session for them. They wanted to wear their best western attire, bring their dog and take hotographs with large mountain landscapes. Soo..that’s just what we did and the results are magical!!

We headed out to a beautiful spot in Buena Vista, Colorado a little before sunset to really grab that beautiful golden hour lighting. The location we chose was nestled in the mountains, surrounded by breathtaking peaks and beautiful apline desert. The air was crisp and refreshing, adding to the overall magical atmosphere of the shoot.

Jen & Aaron showed up looking amazing in their cowboy hats & boots. As you can see below, they really worked their aesthetic!! Jen’s stunning jacket complemented the rugged landscape, while Aaron’s clothes added a touch of rustic charm. It’s so important that you feel confident and comfortable in what you are wearing for your session, as that confidence will translate into natural beautiful photographs!

During the session, Aaron & Jen really let their personalities shine through. Jen, sweet, kind & playful and of course, as we can all see, stunning! Her infectious laughter filled the air, creating a joyful and relaxed atmosphere. Aaron, on the other hand, exuded a sense of quiet strength and charm. His mischievous smile and playful banter with Jen added a touch of romance to the shoot.

As the sun began to set, casting a warm golden glow over the mountains, we decided to incorporate their furry friend into the session. Their dog, Linky, bounded into the frame, his tail wagging with excitement. Linnky added an element of spontaneity and pure joy to the shoot, capturing the essence of their love and companionship.

When you’re doing a couple session, it’s best to try and relax and just enjoy your partner. The key is to let go of any inhibitions and be present in the moment. Jen & Aaron did just that, allowing their love to shine through in every frame. Their genuine connection and affection for each other were evident in their smiles, their laughter, and the way they held each other close.

As the session came to an end, we took a moment to reflect on the beauty of love and the power of capturing these precious moments. The mountains stood tall and majestic in the background, serving as a reminder of the strength and resilience of their relationship. It was a truly magical experience, and I feel honored to have been a part of it.
